A fronte di un progetto di sviluppo del personale in ambito Qualità, abbiamo deciso di inserire una figura Specialista del Controllo Qualità, con un ruolo in laboratorio chimico-fisico e di monitoraggio delle linee di produzione.

La ricerca in oggetto è per l'azienda GFL SRL, situata in Italia a Siziano (Pavia-Milano Sud), sede dove è situato lo stabilimento produttivo. Il ruolo verrà svolto prevalentemente in sede, con possibilità di trasferta presso i nostri partner.

Attività

· Campionamenti di semilavorati e materie prime in ingresso, con analisi e release;

· Verificare il rispetto dei requisiti GMP applicati allo stabilimento di produzione;

· Collaborare alla gestione delle non conformità, dei reclami e delle corrispettive CAPA, legate allo stabilimento di produzione e ai fornitori di bulk.

· Impostare e svolgere le attività di convalida dei processi e della Cleaning&Disinfection.

· Partecipare ai progetti di produzione presso partner esterni.

· Impostare e gestire la documentazione inerente i processi produttivi (batch-records).

· Supportare le attività di audit interni e presso i Fornitori di bulk.

· Gestire la documentazione e la metodologia inerente il Controllo Qualità chimico-fisico.

Requisiti e esperienze

Il ruolo è particolarmente adatto per persone precise, dotate di metodo e in grado di relazionarsi correttamente con figure sia tecniche sia di produzione.

E’ richiesto il diploma in ambito chimico e/o la laurea breve in discipline affini.

Verranno considerate prioritariamente candidature provenienti da figure con esperienza in controllo qualià di almeno 12 mesi nel settore cosmetico, farmaceutico e/o alimentare.

Sotto il profilo linguistico è necessaria la conoscenza dell'Italiano e dell'Inglese.
