Il Project Manager in Finance and Data Management avrà il compito primario di presidiare il territorio nell’ambito della gestione e rendicontazione dei progetti finanziati, con particolare attenzione alla governance, all'analisi e alla gestione dei dati. Il candidato ideale avrà un'ottima capacità di relazione e comunicazione, sarà proattivo nella risoluzione di problemi complessi e avrà una forte presenza professionale

Principali responsabilità:
  • Gestire e rendicontare progetti finanziati, garantendo il rispetto delle normative vigenti e delle scadenze previste
  • Analizzare criticità e proporre soluzioni innovative e praticabili
  • Coordinare e collaborare con vari stakeholder interni ed esterni, mantenendo un'elevata capacità di comunicazione e relazione
  • Utilizzare strumenti avanzati di data governance, data analytics e data management per migliorare l'efficienza e l'efficacia dei processi aziendali
  • Gestire, analizzare e interpretare grandi volumi di dati per supportare le decisioni strategiche
  • Assicurare un elevato standing professionale e una presenza adeguata nei vari contesti aziendali e istituzionali
  • Monitoraggio e sviluppo territoriale, assicurando una presenza costante e strategica sul territorio
La risorsa ideale ha:
  • Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o discipline affini
  • Solide e comprovate competenze nell'uso dei pacchetti Office, con particolare riferimento a strumenti di data governance, data analytics e data management
  • Eccellenti capacità analitiche e di problem solving
  • Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, con un forte orientamento al cliente e alla collaborazione di squadra
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e di gestire situazioni complesse con proattività
  • Forte orientamento agli obiettivi e capacità di lavorare in autonomia
Nice to have:
  • Esperienza pregressa nella gestione e rendicontazione di progetti di finanza agevolata
  • Esperienza pregressa in contesti in aziende di grandi dimensioni
  • Esperienza pregressa nel presidio territoriale o ruoli simili
  • Conoscenza avanzata di software di analisi dei dati (es. SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Anni di esperienza: Dai 3 ai 5 anni
Luogo di lavoro: Firenze
Si offre: iniziale contratto in somministrazione dalla durata di 6 mesi
