(Senior) Account Manager

Your Mission
Manage existing customers and tap into additional customer potential. Sell professionally as part of a team and independently through various channels. Optimize the sales strategy in close collaboration with your team in Italy, Germany, and the US. Win over and inspire potential customers for the MARKT-PILOT software solution and accompany them from the initial conversation to the successful contract conclusion. Independently develop strategies to convert leads into customers for MARKT-PILOT. Bring your full self to work and build and contribute to an ambitious and outstanding culture.
Your skills:
You are goal-oriented and captivate customers with excellent communication skills. You keep a cool head during busy periods and can motivate your team. You have a degree in business or a similar qualification. You bring relevant professional experience in mechanical engineering, after-sales, sales, and/or as a service manager. You are accustomed to communicating effectively and confidently with C-level executives and managing directors. Excellent Italian and English language skillsare a must. Good MS Office knowledge complete your profile.
