As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an unparalleled shopping experience to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and welcoming customers to the boutique with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Assisting customers in selecting sunglasses that suit their face shape, style preferences, and lifestyle needs. Providing expert advice on frame materials and sun protection features. Conducting personalized fittings and adjustments to ensure optimal comfort and fit. Educating customers on the latest eyewear trends, technologies, and care instructions. Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Maintaining a clean and organized boutique environment, including arranging displays and restocking inventory. Building long-lasting relationships with customers through follow-up communication and personalized recommendations.

Requirements

Requirements:

Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends. Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the eyewear industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent English skills (oral & written). Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of sunglass brands is a plus. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. High school diploma or equivalent.
