Sales Advisor

Job Description:
As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an unparalleled shopping experience to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming customers to the boutique with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Assisting customers in selecting sunglasses that suit their face shape, style preferences, and lifestyle needs.
• Providing expert advice on frame materials and sun protection features.
• Conducting personalized fittings and adjustments to ensure optimal comfort and fit.
• Educating customers on the latest eyewear trends, technologies, and care instructions.
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintaining a clean and organized boutique environment, including arranging displays and restocking inventory.
• Building long-lasting relationships with customers through follow-up communication and personalized recommendations.

Requirements:

• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the eyewear industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English skills (oral & written).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sunglass brands is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
