The role

We are on the lookout for a Hospitality & Facility Manager for OGR Tech Powered by Talent Garden, one of our campuses in Turin.

Working closely with the Community Manager, your role will be essential in actively contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our workspace. Your responsibilities will encompass member engagement, seamless space management, and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for our diverse community.

Responsibilities

Manage opening and closing procedures of the co-working space and cover the front desk to welcome members and assist with inquiries. Handle check-ins, create badges, and control access to ensure security and proper member identification. Oversee daily service operations, addressing requests for equipment setup and facility upkeep, while also managing reservations and meeting room bookings. Manage efficiently the contracts with suppliers and vendors associated with our partner, OGR, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance with operational standards. Provide guidance and support to members for a smooth integration of technology into their daily activities. Supervise suppliers such as cleaning services, hostesses, and facility maintenance to ensure a well-maintained and comfortable environment. Work collaboratively with the Community Manager to organize and execute community events that align with member interests, handling all aspects. Address daily issues with the Community Manager, fostering a positive co-working vibe for everyone. Psst. You'll be one of the hosts of the campus, therefore a out of days presence is required.

About you

You possess over years of Facility Management experience, adept at efficiently overseeing daily service operations. You excel in addressing IT needs to provide operational support to the community. You bring experience in managing contracts with suppliers and vendors, proficient in efficient tracking. You provide operational support in organizing events and activities. You demonstrate excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities. You are a natural-born problem solver, viewing challenges as opportunities for innovative solutions. You embody versatility, thriving as both an individual contributor and a collaborative team player. You possess fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English and Italian.
You are based in Torino, where you live and breathe the vibrant environment, easily accessible to OGR (Corso Castelfidardo, )
