Per la nostra sede di Milano , stiamo cercando un/a neolaureato/a per un percorso di tirocinio extracurriculare all'interno del dipartimento Compliance & Qualità .

Tramite il percorso di stage la risorsa avrà modo di familiarizzare con le dinamiche delle aree Compliance e Quality all’interno di un moderno contesto multinazionale farmaceutico e di fornire supporto sulle principali attività del dipartimento:

Supportare il team nella realizzazione di reportistica tecnica, nelle attività di data entry e nel calcolo dei Key Performance Indicator; Supportare il team nella gestione dei fornitori (e.g. verifica delle due diligence reputazionali, dei contratti, etc); Supportare il team nella realizzazione di progettualità specifiche volte al miglioramento di specifici processi aziendali; Supportare il team per il miglioramento dei processi di compliance, identificando aree di miglioramento rispetto alle linee guida e ai requisiti applicabili; Supportare il team per la gestione degli audit (interni ed esterni); Interagire e collaborare con tutte le funzioni aziendali per supportare la funzione nel mantenimento in stato “aggiornato” del sistema procedurale della società e nell’esecuzione di sessioni formative su tematiche specifiche in ambito Governance/Compliance; Gestione contratti (supporto alla funzione proponente, supporto per l’approvazione nei tool dedicati) e loro archiviazione, in accordo ai requisiti di gruppo. 

Requisiti:

Laurea in discipline scientifiche (CTF, etc.) o in ambito legale; Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese (scritta/parlata); Attitudine al lavoro in team, spirito di collaborazione, interesse e motivazione nella partecipazione agli obiettivi del dipartimento; Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e abilità nell’utilizzo di supporti informatici.

Sede di svolgimento del tirocinio: Milano, con possibilità di svolgimento in modalità ibrida.

Tirocinio extracurriculare full-time di 6 mesi con rimborso spese di 850,00 € + ticket restaurant.
