Vantive: A New Company Built On Our Legacy

Baxter is on a journey to separate our ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company. Vantive* will build on our nearly 70-year legacy in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis to provide best-in-class care to the people we serve. Covering this role you'll work in the R&D Disposable frame, managing activities for the specific perimeter assigned in the project.

What you'll be doing

Cover the role of technical leader in changes to existing products or in development of new products with management of pertinent design control activities . In the assigned projects be responsible for building, consolidating and maintaining the R&D project plan, coordinating the R&D project team, act as change owner if needed Responsible for project communication with the R&D team and Leadership, PMO, and other project key stakeholders. Communication includes, but not limited to, project status and achievement, execution strategy, risk escalation, etc Coordinate and contribute in preparing project R&D and Design related documentation In collaboration with the PMO core team leader and the other core team members, responsible for establishing and implementing an effective project risk mitigation plan, including effective communication of risk status to PMO core team leader and R&D leadership team In conjunction with the R&D functions and the PMO core team leader, responsible for establishing and monitoring R&D project budget commitments

What you'll bring

Master degree in scientific or technical disciplines or equivalent 3+ years R&D experience on medical device products 2+ years of project management or experience in the product life cycle for medical devices Medical device regulations and standards including US and EU regulations Familiarity with Project Management areas of knowledge Familiarity with disposable devices technology and related design and development processes Team working approach and Problem solving attitude Good communication skills Capability to flex and understand from technical details to wide strategic analysis and discussions Fluent English knowledge (spoken, Written/read)
