Our Mission

Uncover customer pain points and aspirations through engaging discovery interviews, understanding their unique business processes. Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify, structure, and manage customer engagements, ensuring a seamless and tailored experience. Provide thought leadership and coaching to sales and presales teams, accelerating sales cycles, and offering strategic account planning. Work alongside cross-functional pre-sales and consulting teams to excite and educate prospects about their transformation journey Guide customers towards strategic thinking, resulting in tangible business results. Build strong architecture relationships with chief architects/CTOs, becoming their trusted advisors. Identify and develop transformational opportunities through a series of smaller engagements. Craft cohesive solution architectures that integrate business and technical aspects, articulating the overall vision to key customer stakeholders. Offer technical architecture insights and expertise to enhance the team's performance.

Who We Are Looking For

A passionate and enthusiastic individual with high energy and a natural problem-solving mindset. Someone who can inspire and motivate those around them. Hands-on experience with multiple Oracle or Third Party Retail or ERP SaaS Solutions is a must, along with a strong understanding of a Saas sales processes. A minimum of 10 years of diverse experience in sales/presales and consulting positions, with at least 2 years in a software-as-a-service application pre-sales role. Broad knowledge of the IT market and trends, with the ability to craft and communicate strategic solutions encompassing finance, supply chain, and digital transformation. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in at least one additional business language is required, more is appreciated. A BS degree or equivalent is necessary, with an advanced degree being highly desirable.
