SKY Italia ricerca una risorsa che gestisce un team di software engineernello sviluppo e nella manutenzione di applicazioni software basate su suite TIBCO.Il Technical Lead coordinerà un team di analisti e sviluppatori che prendono in carico le attività progettuali e ne gestiscono l’analisi e lo sviluppo attraverso l’implementazione dei pattern previsti per il ciclo di vita del software e contribuisce alla definizione di iniziative per migliorare il software guidando l’adozione delle best practice relative a tali processi e alle modalità di sviluppo tipiche della piattaforma TIBCO.

Attività:

Gestisce un team di software engineer nello sviluppo e nella manutenzione di applicazioni software. Garantisce che i progetti siano completati nei tempi e nel budget, fornendo allo stesso tempo guida tecnica e tutoraggio al team. Garantisce che nello sviluppo vengano applicati i corretti processi e procedure e vengano rispettati i requisiti di sicurezza e compliance. Raccomanda e guida le migliori pratiche nel miglioramento delle tecniche e dei processi verso l'ingegneria del software. Crea rapporti di collaborazione con i riferimenti delle altre aree IT e dei System Integrator per raggiungere gli obiettivi a lui assegnati. Interagisce con gli altri team IT, i riferimenti dei SWvendor e dei System Integrator Applica i concetti del continuousimprovement Fa crescere un team efficace, auto-organizzato, multifunzionale e concentrato in cui i singoli membri riconoscono che il successo del team è più importante del successo individuale. Guida team di coordinando nel day-by-day le attività. Monitora l’avanzamento delle attività di sviluppo e test per garantire il rilascio delle attività progettuali nei tempi previsti.


Requisiti Richiesti:

Ha buone doti di leadership. Ha recente esperienza di sviluppo software e, preferibilmente, nel coordinamento di un gruppo di sviluppatori (interni e/o fornitori esterni) per iprocessi di analisi, build, test e rilascio. Preferibilmente ha lavorato in contesti con team dislocati in diverse location. E’ un valore aggiunto aver lavorato in contesti di offshoring dello sviluppo del software. Comprende gli impatti sul business del codice sviluppato ed è in grado di indirizzare le attività di analisi di eventuali fix in modo da minimizzare tali impatti. Ha buone conoscenze delle best practice di gestione del ciclo di vita del software. Conoscenze nell’ambito dell’analisi e manipolazionedei dati per individuare cluster di utenti/clienti impattati dai fault e per definire procedure di bonifica. Conoscenza di Data Analytics, in particolare per quanto riguarda temi di oservability e di log management Plus, aver lavorato su applicazioni basate sulla piattaforma TIBCO in contesti TELCO/Media che, preferibilmente, prevedono l’integrazione con la suite di prodotti Salesforce.
