Plant & Financial Controller

La figura ricercata, rispondendo direttamente al Direttore Controlling and Reporting, sarà responsabile del monitoraggio dello stato finanziario del sito, budgeting e reporting

In particolare, si occuperà di:
  • Supporto al Plant Director nella preparazione di report per le revisioni con i team di gestione e nel mantenimento delle metriche finanziarie appropriate per l'azienda;
  • Figura chiave nella determinazione della strategia per l'area finance, nell'allineamento con una strategia più ampia del Gruppo, nell'implementazione e nell'adeguamento dell'implementazione della strategia secondo necessità del sito;
  • Monitora ed evidenzia costantemente nuove opportunità, punti critici e problemi sulla base di insight, al fine di contribuire all'efficacia e all'efficienza dei processi assegnati, nonché al vantaggio competitivo e alla stabilità del mercato, garantendo l'accuratezza e la coerenza dei dati giorno per giorno;
  • Monitoraggio e controllo dei costi del sito e determinazione dei necessari requisiti di risparmio, tra cui l'ottimizzazione continua dei costi generali e l'abbassamento del punto di pareggio;
  • Coordinamento e direzione per la preparazione del budget annuale e delle previsioni finanziarie mensili e degli scostamenti mensili riportati con il controllo global;
  • Supervisione alla preparazione e la pubblicazione di rendiconti finanziari mensili tempestivi, compreso il supporto pratico del processo di chiusura di fine mese e fine anno;
  • Garantisce il controllo della qualità sulle transazioni finanziarie e sulla rendicontazione finanziaria e assisti;
  • Supporto alla conformità dei requisiti locali di rendicontazione e alle dichiarazioni fiscali;
  • Sviluppo di processi aziendali e politiche contabili per mantenere e rafforzare i controlli interni;
  • Coinvolgimento nella determinazione e documentazione dei prezzi di trasferimento interni e nella preparazione dei relativi contratti.

Saranno valutate per l’iter le candidature di professionisti in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
 
  • Formazione universitaria di tipo Economico;
  • Esperienza di almeno 5-7 anni in ruoli di Financial Controller in aziende produttive di stampo internazionale;
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, costituisce requisito imprescindibile per la posizione;
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei principi e delle procedure contabili, esperienza nella creazione di rendiconti finanziari;
  • Capacità analitiche, doti di organizzazione e pianificazione, problem-solving, teamwork, gestione di risorse e di comunicazione a più livelli;
  • Buona conoscenza e utilizzo di SAP ERP, Oracle, Cognos, Power BI;
  • Conoscenza di MS Office, in particolare MS Excel, MS Power Point.
