La risorsa opererà in un contesto a matrice, collaborando con altri team di sviluppo software, dipartimento di testing, QA e Business Unit di Servizio in un contesto internazionale.

Missione:

L’Head of Cloud Solutions Architecture è responsabile della gestione dei team di sviluppatori software per sviluppare soluzioni cloud-based conformi agli standard aziendali.
La figura si occuperà di pianificare le attività dei team, definire le roadmap dei prodotti, selezionare le tecnologie, garantire la qualità del software sviluppato e collaborare con altri team per il deployment e il supporto.

 

Responsabilità principali:

• Gestire e pianificare le attività dei team di sviluppo software.

• Gestire e pianificare le roadmap di evoluzione software e tecnologica.

• Supervisionare gli sviluppi software in conformità ai requisiti di prodotto.

• Garantire la qualità e la chiarezza del software scritto.

• Proporre nuovi sviluppi per raggiungere soluzioni più semplici ed efficaci.


Attività chiave:

• Pianificare le attività dei team con capacità di motivazione e ingaggio.

• Selezionare le tecnologie abilitanti e guidarne l’implementazione nei prodotti aziendali.

• Monitorare l’avanzamento delle evoluzioni richieste dal business.

• Collaborare con gli altri dipartimento (testing/QA/service...) per garantire che le soluzioni siano corrispondenti alle aspettative degli stakeholders.

• Gestire gli aspetti formativi del team e segnalare necessità di formazione o crescita dei collaboratori.

• Gestire i budget a disposizione per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi


 

Conoscenze tecniche per le quali deve avere una competenza:

• JAVA, .NET

• Architetture a servizi

• Framework di Frontend moderni

• RDBMS (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• Gestione di prodotti/progetti con gli strumenti Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence)


 

Il nostro Head of Cloud Solutions Architecture ha un comprovato background tecnico maturato in multinazionali e una seniority di ruolo manageriale di almeno 4/5 anni con la gestione di team tecnici di sviluppo software, in special modo relativo a servizi distribuiti in cloud, sia in italia che all’estero.

 

Completano il profilo: ottime doti manageriali, relazionali, organizzative, di decision making e problem solving.

 

Richiesta ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Si offre: contratto di assunzione diretto con retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza maturata.
