Webuild sta cercando una risorsa da inserire in stage nel dipartimento di Physical, Personal and Travel Security , con focus sull’area Nazionale . La sede di lavoro è Roma.
Il tirocinio extracurriculare ha durata di 6 mesi e prevede un’indennità di 800€, oltre che l’accesso gratuito alla mensa aziendale.
Principali attività
Con la supervisione del tutor aziendale, lo/la stagista sarà coinvolto nelle seguenti attività:
Definizione delle misure di security fisica e del personale in termini di: (1) tipologie dei servizi di sicurezza e loro dimensionamento (2) soluzioni tecnologiche (3) istruzioni e procedure operative specifiche (4) documenti di security; Implementazione delle misure di security identificate, in stretta collaborazione con le risorse delle Unità Operative responsabili, nel rispetto delle tempistiche definite; Supporto alle attività di Security Incident Management e Security Crisis Management in coordinamento con le funzioni Corporate interessate e le competenti aree di Commessa; Valutazioni periodiche in ambito di sicurezza fisica e del personale ai fini di monitoraggio e verifica della corretta applicazione delle procedure e delle misure identificate; Predisposizione di note informative di security per il personale locale, espatriato e dei famigliari al seguito nei contesti di rischio delle Unità Operative; Analisi dei fabbisogni formativi in materia di security in relazione a specifiche aree e tipologie di rischio. Definizione, in coordinamento con la direzione HR, dei contenuti, materiali e modalità di erogazione delle sessioni formative/informative; Supporto all’attività di travel security.Requisiti
Laurea in discipline umanistiche, economiche o sociali; Buone doti analitiche; Conoscenza fluente dell’inglese. È gradita la conoscenza di spagnolo o russo; Ottime capacità relazionali; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint; Atteggiamento positivo e collaborativo, apertura all’ascolto e desiderio di imparare; Gradita conoscenza di base in ambito cybersecurity.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati dell’uno e dell’altro sesso (L.903/77 e D.Lgs.198/06).
