Sinergidea è un’azienda italiana specializzata nel settore IT/ICT, con competenza ed esperienza acquisite grazie a collaborazioni instaurate con realtà attive in diversi settori, come Banking, Finance, Industry, Automotive, Utilities, Energy. Ci distinguiamo sul mercato per la nostra attività in consulenza e per le nostre soluzioni IT in area Digital Payments. Abbiamo le nostre sedi a Milano e a Novara ed offriamo i nostri servizi sull’intero territorio nazionale.

Attualmente siamo alla ricerca di un Service Operation Manager che possa supportare il cliente, azienda strutturata operante nel settore ICT e con sedi su tutto il territorio nazionale.

Chi cerchiamo avrà la responsabilità di gestire in autonomia il servizio di Help Desk fornito in tutto il mondo per il cliente finale, appartenente al settore Industry. La posizione prevede di occuparsi  nell’ottica di un monitoraggio e instaurare i processi che consentano di monitorare i servizi offerti, intervenendo sulle procedure, la gestione dei team, policies dell’azienda.

La persona individuata interagirà direttamente con i responsabili d’azienda, a cui dovrà riportare con adeguata documentazione lo stato e l’avanzamento delle attività portate avanti dal servizio di Help Desk.

Il ruolo prevede di partecipare attivamente nelle fasi decisionali relative alle policies e ai processi aziendali.



Requisiti

Il contesto lavorativo è internazionale, ci si confronterà necessariamente con interlocutori stranieri: pertanto è richiesta un'ottima  conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello di scritto e parlato. Rimane la necessità di un'ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana.

Per policy del cliente, è richiesto che l'attività venga svolta in presenza presso la sede del cliente, che può essere a Torino oppure ad Ivrea.

E' necessario che il profilo individuato abbia :

  • esperienza pregressa nel ruolo
  • avere consapevolezza delle dinamiche presenti in un’azienda strutturata
  • capacità di produrre reportistica e presentazioni da proporre ai responsabili d’azienda
  • capacità consolidata di gestione di più team e di coordinamento delle loro attività (turni, permessi, straordinari)
  • esperienza su strumenti per la gestione degli asset IT di un’azienda 
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e lingua inglese
