Come Stage IT Contract and Procurement avrai l'opportunità di affiancare il nostro team Procurement ed essere formato/a nel garantire una gestione dei contratti efficiente e conforme, nonché una procedura di procurement ottimale all'interno del contesto IT.


In particolare, nel tuo percorso di stage, la formazione verterà su:

Elaborazione, negoziazione e redazione contratti per l'Application Maintenance, l'acquisto di software e hardware Conformità legale e normativa di tutti i contratti stipulati Collaborazione con il team dei project manager IT per definire requisiti e specifiche di procurement Gestione gare, RFP (Request for Proposal) e processi di selezione fornitori Conduzione negoziazioni con fornitori per ottenere condizioni contrattuali vantaggiose Collaborazione con il team legale per risolvere eventuali questioni legali nelle trattative
