Join us as a People & Culture Manager

What you will be doing

Joining Satispay means being a leader of change and innovation.
The role is based within our Headquarter in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will take part in the People & Culture Team and you will support the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg and France), reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement initiatives to foster our culture in a high-performing environment.
  • Conduct regular engagement surveys and develop action plans based on feedback and business goals.
  • Design and execute employee engagement strategies and programs.
  • Design and execute talent management processes including performance management, talent development and career development.
  • Implement leadership development programs and initiatives to build management capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Utilise HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve processes.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives from conception through implementation.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new initiatives.

You have:

  • 5+ years experience in HR, working in People & Culture, Learning and Development, Internal Communication
  • Proven experience in Learning and Development.
  • Proven experience in Engagement and People Experience.
  • Proven experience in defining and implementing both training and development strategies.
  • Knowledge of workshops and training facilitation.
  • Proven experience in procedure and process implementation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and a problem-solving attitude - we love doing things in a smart way

  • Fluent in Italian and English - both written and spoken, with the ability to facilitate training and workshops in both languages.

Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy. 

We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
Stock option plan available.
