IL RUOLO Come
Head of People and Culture , a diretto riporto del CEO, avrai la sfida di progettare e sviluppare il futuro della strategia HR di Fiscozen. Siamo una delle startup cresciute più velocemente in Italia, passando da 3 ad oltre 200 persone in meno di 6 anni. La tua missione sarà quella di tradurre le esigenze di Business in iniziative efficaci per plasmare e scalare la cultura in azienda.
Con il supporto di un team di tre persone, a tuo diretto riporto, ti occuperai di pianificare i piani di assunzione, lavorare su Performance Management e fare Coaching attivo alla leadership di Fiscozen. SEI LA PERSONA GIUSTA SE: Sei capace di declinare progetti di lungo e medio periodo identificando i KPI rilevanti, misurarne l’andamento e quindi prendere decisioni coerenti; Sei in grado di dialogare con imprenditori e C-level capendone esigenze e priorità di business; Hai avuto esperienza in ambienti in forte crescita, ricoprendo un ruolo da protagonista nello scalare la cultura in azienda; Hai esperienza nella gestione di un team.
