ZUR POSITION

Regelmäßige Aktualisierung und Pflege der Bewerberdatenbank, um zu gewährleisten, dass die Informationen korrekt und auf dem neuesten Stand sind und dass sich die Bewerber im richtigen Status im Recruiting-System befinden.  Organisation inkl. Buchung von Rekrutierungsveranstaltungen, Teamevents und die Einführung für neue Mitarbeiter. Unterstützung bei der Sichtung von Bewerbungsunterlagen sowie Terminkoordination für Vorstellungsgespräche, Assessment Center, etc. unter Berücksichtigung der Verfügbarkeit von Recruiter und Bewerber. Beantwortung von Anfragen aus E-Mail Postfächern  Anfrage von Referenzen inkl. der Arbeitserlaubnis und Durchführung entsprechender Überprüfungen.  Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Zahlungen für Talent Aquisition bezogene Themen wie Agenturgebühren. Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Verbesserung der Rekrutierungsaktivitäten  Unterstützung der Leitung bei der Erstellung von Reports und der Aufbereitung von Daten in Excel, um wichtige Rekrutierungsstatistiken darzustellen.

ZU IHNEN

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Erste Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich oder bestenfalls im Recruiting (z.B. durch Praktika) Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung gegenüber internen und externen Kunden Organisationstalent Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit Selbstständige, zuverlässige, strukturierte und zielstrebige Arbeitsweise Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und fließende Englischkenntnisse
