In order to implement our HSE & ESG department we are looking for an ESG Specialist.

Reporting to HSE & ESG Manager, the profile cooperates in implementing Art Cosmetics’ ESG strategy.

Main Tasks:

  • Ensure compliance with ESG regulations (in particular CSRD) and consistency of related reporting
  • Deploy the CSRD roadmap for ESG data working cross functionally: planning, definition of procedures, data collection and aggregation, reporting review
  • Regularly measure of the Carbon Footprint (GHG Protocol)
  • Develop LCA initiatives.
  • Support the decarbonization strategies and monitor the implementation of action plans in the different departments
  • Support in the definition of objectives in line with the science-based targets initiative (SBTI)
  • Support HSE & ESG team in implementing and maintaining HSE & ESG Management Systems

  • Bachelor Degree as a minimum
  • Minimum 1 year of experience on ESG-related activities
  • Strong experience in data analysis, MS Office (Excel)
  • Advanced knowledge of Carbon accounting and ESG reporting
  • Good knowledge of LCA analysis
  • Passionate and curious about ESG
  • Team working attitude and strong communication skills
  • Good organizational skills in autonomy, proactivity
