For the Product Marketing Area, within the Marketing Department, we are looking for a talented  Product Marketing  ( Photovoltaic ) to develop and maintain offers and products for our customers:

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement energy efficiency products and related value-added services based on customer needs and market trends.

• For all the new offers, detail the product features being consistent to the reference regulatory framework, also in relation to tax incentive rules. Support in translating customer needs into customer journeys and business processes aimed to launch market offers from the Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) up to the mature complex products.

• Support in giving the perspective on new products development, also by agreeing the implementation plan jointly with the main involved departments.

• Support in developing business cases for new and existing products and defining the product economics.

• For new products and for portfolio updates, plan, execute and coordinate the proper offer/product configurations in the company systems according to the solutions designed.

• Strongly contribute to overseeing the Product Marketing pipeline to ensure delivery of key priorities to achieve the Company profitability objectives and respect the launch dates, while ensuring the management and maintenance of existing product portfolio.

• Identify and implement opportunities to further develop new products and market pilots, and optimize the team's recurring activities.

• Support the IT Department in the implementations required to pursue the product roadmap and comply with regulatory constraints.

• Participate as a key stakeholder in any relevant projects concerning technology upgrades and/or specific company initiatives.

• Be an integral part of the development of the company's global product strategies and priorities.

• Participate in business development and innovation to identify new offerings with the aim of proposing a wide range of ideas, activities, and initiatives.

Desired Skills and Characteristics:

• Strong knowledge of the technical product characteristics of the sector market and the regulatory framework of reference, also in relation to tax incentive regulations.

• Strong knowledge of the main details of sales and installation processes.

• A degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in product development, operations or project management in a market-focused business function, working for the photovoltaic industry or an energy company active in the same market.

• Creativity, curiosity and open-mindedness.

• Attention to business processes to meet customers' needs and expectations.

• Willingness to deliver high quality and meet required deadlines and targets.

• Strong operational vision with a pragmatic attitude to get things done and make complex things simple, including identifying and understanding relevant barriers and bottlenecks in order to adapt or restart iterative processes.
