Job Description:

Objectives of this Role:

  • Enhance Hive’s product marketing content output including written, video, graphic and infographic for B2C and C2B markets.

  • Develop and implement product marketing campaigns that resonate with existing customers.

  • Ensure all product marketing materials align with Hive’s brand values and sustainability mission.

  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders to drive product marketing initiatives and product roadmaps.

  • Monitor product marketing budgets and optimize spend to achieve the highest return on investment (ROI).

  • Increase user engagement and retention through strategic communication efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of product marketing content tailored to our current user base.

  • Create and manage comprehensive product marketing timelines, ensuring timely deployment.

  • Educate and collaborate with other departments to maintain consistent product messaging across all channels.

  • Oversee the team’s product marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.

  • Shape and articulate Hive’s product storytelling vision and voice for our B2C offerings.

  • Negotiate and manage budgets to support large-scale product marketing initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Video/ reel, graphic and infographic production capabilities (with fluency in relevant AI toolings when necessary) would be highly preferred

  • Extensive experience in product marketing and development, particularly in the B2C software/ cloud/ technology space.

  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and product lifecycle management.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic product marketing campaigns.

  • High degree of empathy, with the ability to understand and address user needs and concerns.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage budgets effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in guiding cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to intuitively assign responsibilities and manage team dynamics.

  • Significant experience in designing and executing customer promotions.

  • Familiarity with web development languages and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

  • Proficiency in product design, UX/UI techniques and a solid understanding of software engineering or computer science principles.
