We are looking for an Quality Control Specialist, who will ensure our customer interactions are aligned with , you will be standardizing communication processes and improving the customer experience.

In this Role, youll get to

·Evaluateadvisor performance by monitoring communications with customers and systemoperations.

·Provideconstructive feedbacks to advisors, team leaders, and managers regardingcommunications, processes and systems.

·Leador participate in service quality and workflow improvement initiatives.

·Workas a part of a high-performing team, supporting and helping colleagues and yourTeam Lead as required.

·Advocatethe culture bothinternally and externally.

·Assistwith ad hoc projects assigned by Team Leads / Supervisors.


What you'll Need to Succeed

·Proficiencyin English & Malay both verbal and written.

·Strongorganization and time management skills.

·Strongcommunication skills in 1 on 1 or public speaking.

·Astrong customer-oriented mindset.

·Goodcomputer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,etc.).

·Experiencein an international and diverse organization with an offsite direct managerpreferred

·Positiveand forward-thinking attitude, with a diligent and results-orientated approachto work.

·Previousexperiences at contact centre and/or quality control roles preferred.
