JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
We're looking for a new Visual In-Store Designer with a specific focus on architectural and technical details to join our Visual In-Store Design Team.
The purpose of the job is to research, design, develop creativity and technical drawings for windows, in-store installations, event installations and pop-up in alignment to the Creative Brief and based on the direction coming from the Visual Design Coordinator.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
- Create innovative window design and installations, with the final goal of increasing brand visibility, improving customer perception about the brand and bring traffic in the stores;
- Develop window installation activities, creating 3D, renderings, technical drawings and material boards, implementing the concept design across the store activations, liaising with other team of the company and suppliers;
- Create decks with renderings, technical drawings, materials info to share with different stakeholders;
- Follow up of the prototyping phase and production to achieve the best possible execution;
- Partner with other company department in order to plan and execute: window installation activities, special events, store openings and other store initiatives;
NETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL : Art Director, Creative Director, Brand Management, D2C, Risk Management, etc.
EXTERNAL : external vendors
TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Educational Background in Architecture or related fields;
- At least 3-5 years in similar roles preferably gamed in the eyewear, retail or fashion industry;
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), AutoCAD, Rhinoceros or Sketchup, Keyshot and others rendering softwares;
- Fluent English, other languages a plus
- Highly creative, interested in visual arts/graphic communication and fashion;
- A true passion for retail, products, design, consumer experience, and luxury
- Knowledge of luxury and/or fashion industry;
- Team working and goal oriented;
- Precise and committed;
- Driven to achieve results, a self-starter who works well on own initiative.
- Rigorous with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized, self-motivated and multi-tasking. Proactive, flexible and agile, able to bring new creative ideas to the table
