What impact will you make?

HR International Mobility – Staff (+3 anni di esperienza) Hybrid Work - Milano

The Global Mobility Advisor role involves providing advisory support to the Business for international posted workers population and partnering with multiple teams to deliver end-to-end GM services.

You will work closely with the Geography GM Leader to provide mobility advisory, including training, stakeholder relationship building, and problem-solving to ensure compliance with GM policies across the geography.

You will also provide immigration advice and PWD communications management in accordance with foreign GM colleagues.

You will create awareness and control risks associated with posted works activities in foreign countries, including cost management.

The role involves partnering with the HR Operational team to provide necessary support, such as initiating vendors, updating systems, and providing documentation, while also acting as a point of oversight for international posted workers.

You will be involved in key Regional GM projects and process improvements, lending support as needed.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in international mobility, preferably in a professional services environment, with a deep understanding of the life cycle of international posted workers Experience in PWD management in EU countries MSc. degree in Economics, Law or Political Science Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English) including tact and diplomacy Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Solution orientated with strong delivery focus and a global mindset Comfortable operating at a fast pace, flexible and thinking outside the box Strong customer service focus Passion about working with and learning from individuals from various countries/cultures Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of APro will be considered a plus. Ability and willingness to attend virtual meetings/calls to accommodate different time zones
