We are looking for a Guest Experience Agent Internship to become part of our Guest Experience Team.  

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity. He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally. 

He/She will Report to the Guest Experience Manager. 

Main duties and responsibilities: 

  • Preparing guests welcome letters 
  • Pre-arrival e-mail communications with guests 
  • Supervision of lobby spaces  
  • Communication with other departments (Room Service e Housekeeping), assuring a high level guest experience 
  • Welcoming and escorting arriving guests 
  • Managing our guests informations requests and organize experiences  
  • Application of LQA and Belmond standards 

Requirements

  • Customer service attitude 
  • Fluent in English and Italian. A third language is a plus; 
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) 
  • Willing to learn and grow professionally in luxury hospitality

  • Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues
