REQUISITI:

Almento 2 anni di esercizio della professione forense nel dipartimento Banking&Finance o Project Finance di primari studi legali Solida esperienza in project finance o acquisition finance Capacità di redazione di documenti complessi Inglese fluente Laurea in giurisprudenza con percorso accademico di eccellenza

Esperienza significativa nei settori Energia e Infrastrutture e conoscenza della relativa contrattualistica di progetto costituirà un elemento di preferenza.
