Job Description

Responsabilità

  • Definire e implementare la strategia finanziaria in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali, supportando la crescita sostenibile dell'azienda.
  • Creare e monitorare il budgeting, forecasting e business plan, ottimizzando le risorse finanziarie.
  • Coordinare le attività ordinarie di amministrazione, contabilità, finanza e controllo, garantendo conformità ai principi IFRS e alle normative locali.
  • Supervisionare la compliance fiscale e la reportistica aziendale in accordo con le leggi e i regolamenti fiscali.
  • Gestione della Tesoreria e Flussi di Cassa.
  • Ottimizzare la gestione del capitale circolante e dei flussi di cassa per garantire stabilità e liquidità.
  • Gestire le relazioni con le principali banche per operazioni di finanza semplice e strutturata, come linee di credito, fideiussioni, garanzie, minibond e factoring.
  • Supportare operazioni straordinarie e M&A, coordinando l'interazione con advisor legali, tecnici e società di revisione.
  • Gestire la modellistica valutativa per supportare decisioni di investimento, project finance e sviluppo dei piani aziendali di espansione.
  • Identificare e mitigare rischi finanziari e operativi associati al settore energetico e alle fluttuazioni del mercato.
  • Implementare strategie di finanza strutturata e gestione del rischio energetico, inclusi strumenti di hedging e project finance avanzato.

The Successful Applicant

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Finanza, Economia, Contabilità o discipline correlate; preferibili master o certificazioni (CFA, CPA).
  • Esperienza nel settore delle energie rinnovabili e nella finanza strutturata avanzata, preferibilmente in project finance o con operazioni su commessa.
  • È preferibile aver maturato esperienza in team di project finance bancari e in fondi di investimento, con successiva esperienza operativa in corporate del settore energy/rinnovabili.
  • Ideale provenienza da fondi di sviluppo Real Estate o energy-focused, con una solida base in project finance e finanza strutturata.
  • Capacità di leadership, comunicazione e pensiero strategico; predisposizione a lavorare in ambienti dinamici e di crescita.
