Aim of the position

We’re looking for a Field Sales Engineer with technical/commercial skills and oriented to project engineering. In her/his role, the candidate will be part of the Industrial Mobility and Transmission sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Definition of the sales budget of customers in the area / sector of competence and monitoring to achieve it
• Responsibility for turnover and customer margin in the area / sectors of competence
• Implementation of sales strategies
• Implementation of sales campaigns
• Development of new applications and Project Management
• Participation in the administrative management of defaulting customers
• Technical-commercial support to customers in their area of expertise
• Acquisition of new customers and / or new applications
• Promotion and presentation of Schaeffler products / services to customers
• Be able to present/sell the whole Schaeffler product and service solution portfolio
• Gathering information on competitor sales policies
• Reporting and wide use of Schaeffler's CRM
