Lo specialista di pubblicità e produzione digitale sarà responsabile di tutte le attività di produzione pubblicitaria e digitale, gestendo il processo di produzione dalla gara all'incontro di pre-produzione, concentrandosi specificamente sulle attività di negoziazione e controllo dei costi.

Riportando direttamente a Responsabile del Team Group Advertising Cost Controlling & Rights Management, supporterà lo sviluppo di nuove campagne e si relazionerà con fornitori specializzati, interfacciandosi con i canali interni (Marketing Centrale/Locale, Acquisti, Ufficio Legale) ed esterni (Case di produzione, Post- Case di produzione, Consulenti...) stakeholder, con le seguenti responsabilità:

  • gestire e seguire i progetti di produzione, in particolare dal tender alla riunione di pre-produzione: pitch, negoziazione e controllo dei costi, essendo responsabile delle attività, con particolare attenzione al processo interno;
  • proporre i fornitori per queste attività (casa di produzione, casa di post-produzione, registi), in collaborazione con Agenzie Creative e Procurement;
  • gestire la fase di negoziazione con i fornitori in base al budget ricevuto, in collaborazione con il Procurement;
  • coordinare e facilitare il lavoro con gli stakeholder interni/esterni e con i team di consulenti coinvolti;
  • partecipare a tutte le fasi dal Pre-Bid Meeting fino alla fine della consegna del Progetto;
  • gestire tutti i documenti creati nel processo, controllandone l'esattezza e l'archiviazione;
  • controllare il sistema dati e caricamento su tool interno;
  • verificare il rispetto delle politiche, delle regole e dei processi del Gruppo (processo di produzione dei contenuti, politica legale e di approvvigionamento).

Cerchiamo candidati che abbiano:


  • Laurea in Arti e cinema, Produzione multimediale, Arti dello spettacolo o Economia e settori correlati
  • 3-5 anni di esperienza in attività di controllo dei costi/produzione e/o approvvigionamento per produzioni TVC e digitali, preferibilmente in mercati internazionali, gestendo produzioni globali
  • una precedente esperienza come consulente di produzione pubblicitaria potrebbe costituire un vantaggio
  • precedenti esperienze in ambito internazionale sono considerate un plus
  • conoscenza del controllo dei costi e della produzione dei contenuti, processo di post-produzione
  • approccio dinamico, flessibile, proattivo, attento ai dettagli
  • capacità di lavorare in team e in autonomia
  • entusiasmo e motivazione
  • risoluzione dei problemi
  • capacità di gestione e negoziazione di progetti
  • abilità comunicativa
  • disponibilità per trasferte di lavoro

Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Eventuali altre lingue aggiuntive sono considerate un plus
