Il/La candidato/a si occuperà di attività di gestione di grandi commesse, all'interno di un ambiente giovane e dinamico, con possibilità di crescita.
La figura si occuperà di supervisionare l'intera commessa in cantiere, confrontandosi con i direttori lavori e le imprese delle costruzioni. Nel dettaglio si occuperà di:
- Pianificare, coordinare e supervisionare le attività di costruzione, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi e dei budget stabiliti.
- Collaborare con i fornitori e i subappaltatori per garantire la corretta esecuzione dei lavori.
- Gestire il personale in cantiere, fornendo supporto e supervisione per assicurare la sicurezza sul lavoro e il rispetto delle normative vigenti.
- Monitorare costantemente lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti, identificando eventuali criticità e proponendo soluzioni adeguate.
- Collaborare con i team interni per garantire la corretta pianificazione delle risorse e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.
- Mantenere una comunicazione costante con i clienti, fornendo aggiornamenti sullo stato dei lavori e gestendo eventuali richieste o reclami.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Conoscenza di architettura e ingegneria
- Automuniti
Completano il profilo dinamismo e spirito d'iniziativa, buone doti di organizzazione e team working, capacità relazionali e voglia di mettersi in discussione.
Possibilità di svolgere lavoro parzialmente da remoto e disponibilità ad orari flessibili, quando necessario.
Tipologia di assunzione: contratto a tempo indeterminato/partita Iva
Sede di lavoro: Milano – zona sud-est
