We have managed this because the Elica Group is now in a class of its own in the market thanks to its experience, attention to design, refinement in the use of materials and its interest in state-of-the-art technologies that guarantee maximum efficiency and energy savings. The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.
Posizione
We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Junior Sales Administrator – B2B (Internship).
MISSION
He/She supports the direct manager in the daily management of the international customer set assigned.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Support the Project Manager’s activities related to the sampling realization directed to events, fairs or customer’s needs; Analyse Customer’s requests to support new products’ starting phases or legislative regulations adjustments; Monitor the product’s phase-in and phase-out in collaboration with other designated Company areas; Draft keynotes generated by monitored data aimed to internal/external customers; Support other departments in product’s compliance document validation; Contribute to preparatory activities related to sales budget and forecast definition.
Requisiti
Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar; Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English are a must-have; Good Knowledge of Office Suite (especially Excel); Knowledge of SAP/ERP will be considered a plus; Previous experience in a similar position will be considered a plus; Strong communication skills and proactivity will complete the profile.-
