Responsibilities

Tierra is a joint venture company established in 2008 by Topcon Positioning Systems and Divitech, with the goal of developing telematics solutions to maximize management, efficiency, safety and profits.

Tierra designs and develops electronic systems (both software and hardware) for geo-localization, management, remote diagnostics and maintenance of equipment, vehicles, sensors, and industrial products.

In Tierra, the passion for our job is our driving force. Our applications (software) are the outcome of a concrete, functional and innovative approach, because we work for, but most of all, with the Customer.

Tierra SpA (Turin, Italy) is looking for a Sales Director, to define and execute the corporate strategy, and ensure the achievement of the desired competitive positioning of the company in the international market.
The incumbent will report to the CEO.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Determines, elaborates and submits to the top management the sales strategy proposals and commercial plans at medium and long termOversees all market analysis, business development and sales activitiesEnsures timely and correct processing of reports, sales forecasts, budget estimates, revisions and final balances, variance analyses based on KPIsOversees and ensures constant and productive collaboration with the international SubsidiariesHandles public relations with strategic partners and external bodiesOversees relationships with key customers, participating directly in the most important negotiations alongside collaborators if necessaryApproves and signs commercial offersCollaborates and contributes to the Product Strategy of the Company Manages assigned resources
