Deutsche Bank Italia sta cercando per la sede di Milano una brillante risorsa per un internship nel team di Regional Management / Corporate Strategy / Sustainability / ESG.

Il team riporta al Country Chief Operating Officer (COO) del Gruppo Deutsche Bank in Italia ed ha la finalità di:

Contribuire al controllo gestionale e strategico della Banca Supportare elaborazione e gestione di proposte in merito agli assetti societari (Corporate Governance) Presidiare tematiche relative alle funzioni di controllo/infrastruttura che per rilevanza strategica / rischi connessi richiedano un particolare coordinamento Sviluppare analisi di fattibilità / business case relativi ad operazioni straordinarie sia di natura operativa che di business Coordinare e monitorare le iniziative della Banca in tema di Sustainability / ESG Supportare le differenti strutture della Banca nella relazione con le controparti locali (es. Regulator, fornitori,…) e le funzioni Globali della Capogruppo

L’intern avrà la possibilità di supportare le attività di business analysis/development e project management office relative a specifiche analisi/implementazioni organizzative/di business/regolamentari di Deutsche Bank, volte all'efficientamento e allo sviluppo del modello operativo/di business. Verrà inoltre coinvolto attivamente e proattivamente alle varie attività del team partendo dal supporto alla predisposizione del materiale (ie. documenti finalizzati tra l'altro, a (a) mappare e monitorare le attività (b) condividere i requisiti e le analisi effettuate (c) aggiornare periodicamente il gruppo di lavoro interno sullo stato di avanzamento e sulle potenziali criticità,…) e proseguendo poi con il supporto alla gestione di specifiche iniziative con livello di autonomia via via crescente.

Il progetto formativo prevede, tra l'altro, l'organizzazione e partecipazione a riunioni e Comitati, nonché una frequente interazione con diverse funzioni aziendali per l'approfondimento di varie tematiche (principalmente di natura finanziaria, commerciale, legale, regolamentare, fiscale e/o afferenti i processi di business e operativi della banca oltre che inerenti gli ambiti di sostenibilità /ESG).

Requisiti:

Ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali

Eccellenti capacità di comprensione, analisi e sintesi

Flessibilità, proattività e attitudine al lavoro in gruppo

Interesse e conoscenza del Settore Financial Services e di tematiche legate alla Sostenibilità/ ESG

Lingue: Inglese fluente sia scritto che parlato

Laurea: laurea magistrale (laureando/laureato) con indirizzo gestionale/finanziario (i.e. economia/ingegneria)

Precedente esperienza di stage curriculare in società di consulenza/settore finanziario rappresenta elemento preferenziale

Applicativi: Ottima conoscenza di MS office (in particolare Power Point ed Excel)
