La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno del dipartimento Technical Services di Gruppo e lavorerà in sinergia con i dipartimenti tecnici dei plant produttivi del Gruppo in un contesto fortemente internazionale.

Riportando direttamente al Group Technical & Industrial Services Manager, la risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:

  • Progettazione (Machine technical Design): Lettura ,elaborazione e modifica disegni e progetti di componenti e macchinari. Elaborazione di layout di linee e reparti di produzione incluse utilities mediante sistemi CAD/CAM/FEM. Progettazione, gestione e realizzazione di progetti di automazione integrata e tecnologie 4.0;
  • Manutenzione: Elaborare cicli e procedure di manutenzione. Coordinamento squadre di manutenzione composte da personale interno e/o esterno per esecuzione di interventi su macchine e impianti di produzione. Monitoraggio e gestione dei principali KPI di manutenzione.
  • Project Management: Coordinamento e realizzazione nuovi progetti tecnici e tecnologici nel rispetto dei tempi previsti e dei budget approvati;
  • Scouting fornitori: Ricerca nuovi fornitori e gestione fornitori esistenti nelle attività di sviluppo nuovo impianti e/o di upgrade e miglioramenti macchinari esistenti .

 

Qualifications

Il candidato ideale possiede una laurea in Ingegneria meccanica / elettrica o similari e vanta un’esperienza di almeno 5 anni in reparti di progettazione macchine, impianti, processi industrie manifatturiere oppure studi di progettazione meccanica o in aziende di manutenzione impianti di produzione. Potranno essere presi in considerazione anche profili di diplomati in ambito tecnico.

È richiesta:

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Esperienza nel lavorare con Solidworks e sistemi CAM/CAD;
  • Conoscenze di pneumatica e circuiti idraulici;
  • Esperienza di gestione fornitori e squadre di manutenzione;
  • Project management;
  • Conoscenza delle tecniche standard di manutenzione di impianti complessi;
  • Conoscenza tecnica di manutenzione predittive fondate su principi di intelligenza artificiale (4.0 Iot);
  • Disponibilità a trasferte (UE e Extra UE)

Completano il profilo: precisione, metodicità, capacità di lavorare in team, buona resistenza allo stress e capacità di lavorare per scadenze.
