A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast, this exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront condos and 220-room hotel all within a 125-acre walkable coastal village offers a try retreat along Naples’ most treasured beaches. The mixed-use project includes significant dedicated residential amenities and is also integrated with a private club for residents and outside members including golf course, tennis courts and pickle ball.

About the role:

The Four Seasons Naples is looking for a Club General Manager. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, passionate, energetic, and visible leader with a natural gravitas to communicate with a diverse spectrum of employees, members, and guests of the entire campus. Candidates with significant Club General Manager experience, ideally inclusive of Residential or equity club, Golf and Rental components, are encouraged to apply. As a member of our team, the General Manager works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience and be a part of our planning committee.

What you will do:
 

Uber member centric. Must be a driver for enhanced and innovative member programming. 

Able to retain and develop top talent while working with ownership to manage costs.

Excellent, pro-active, strategic thinker, with the ability to treat the business as if it were their own while being aware of the needs of all stakeholders. 

Strategic communicator- able to understand and navigate complex social environments, knowing what information is important to share and when, as well as what not to share and why. 

Open minded to ownerships priorities and expectations, confident when delivering message to MSD group, ability to be an educated and 

confident thought-partner to MSD and FS with relevance to Club trends, opportunities, and operations. 

Ability to be a driver of all property initiatives-hygiene related, environmental and sustainability. 

Demonstrate a creative, entrepreneurial, and innovative approach to the operation of the club with the overriding objective of continuingly improving the member experience, increasing revenues, and reducing operating costs

What you bring:

A minimum of 5 years of Club General Manager experience, with a minimum of 10 years of Hospitality Management experience. 

Previous management experience in a high-end, luxury Residential Golf Community Club. 

Preference shown for CCM, CCE, PGA, CAM, or other applicable designations. 

Excellent leadership abilities, presentation skills, and problem-solving ability; exposure to data analytics and assessing performance is a plus. 

Excellent ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow-through. 

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States. 

Embodiment of the Golden Rule: Doing unto others as you would have them do unto you. 

Must possess excellent dexterity in working to deliver the strategic objectives of the Ownership Groups, respecting the interests and preferences of members as well as executing tactical operational leadership resulting in world class experience for our members. 

Must be proficient in Club Operations, Member Relations, and Golf Operations.
