Recentemente ha ampliato la sua rete di vendite private con il lancio di un e-shop, con il quale Arlettie intende portare le emozioni dello shopping 2.0 a un pubblico più vasto. Con una base di clienti che supera i 300.000 membri, cura un calendario di vendite esclusive, offrendo alla sua comunità un'esperienza di shoppin unica.

Mission

In qualità di Project Manager CRM,

Assicurerai il successo dell'esecuzione delle campagne di invito dei clienti in tutti i nostri punti vendita in Italia:

  • Definirai il contenuto delle campagne, il targeting e l'estrazione dei clienti sul nostro sistema Salesforce, il canale di trasmissione e la tempistica degli invii in linea con il modus operandi pianificato per ogni vendita.

  • Sarai responsabile della stesura dei brief delle campagne per i team di produzione, in linea con la carta Arlettie.Oltre alle campagne di invito, sarai responsabile dell'esecuzione di tutti i flussi di clienti (articoli, e-mail, sondaggi, telefonate, ecc.).

  • Per ogni campagna fornirai statistiche e analizzerai le prestazioni, proponendo allo stesso tempo suggerimenti per un miglioramento continuo.In qualità di Project Manager CRM,

Supporterai il Marketing Manager nella creazione di progetti di marketing e CRM interfunzionali:

  • Imposterai campagne automatiche per incrementare la base di clienti, sviluppare i nostri membri e ridurre il tasso di disicrizione.

  • Sarai una forza trainante nello sviluppo dell'uso di Salesforce e dello strumento Marketing Cloud e parteciperai all'implementazione degli sviluppi insieme al Product Owner

  • Dovrai analizzare il nostro database e proporre azioni per aumentare il successo delle vendite e incrementare la nostra base di clienti membri e VIP.

  • Migliorerai continuamente i processi di gestione delle campagne per garantire un'esecuzione senza difetti.

 

Lavorerai a stretto contatto con tutti i reparti di Arlettie e ti relazionerai con i nostri fornitori di servizi esterni per garantire che le azioni vengano eseguite correttamente.

Profil

Laureato in una scuola di economia specializzata in marketing e digitale, devi avere almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza analoga nei settori della moda e del lusso.

 

HARD SKILLS

  • È richiesta una buona conoscenza di Salesforce e del cloud Salesforce Marketing.

  • È auspicabile una buona conoscenza di Excel per la realizzazione di analisi KPI.

  • Gestione del progetto

  •  Parlare correntemente Italiano, Francese e/o Inglese.

 

SOFT SKILLS

  • Estremamente meticolosa, gestisci senza problemi gli invii delle campagne.

  • Ti distingui per le tue capacità di analisi, esecuzione e comunicazione (sia scritta che orale).

  • Sorridenti, dinamici, entusiasti e perseveranti, desiderate lavorare a stretto contatto con i nostri marchi partner e con tutti i team Arlettie.

  • Buona resistenza allo stress
