As a Solution Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects in the Digital & Core Solutions area, ensuring the definition of technological solutions and adherence to planning, coordinating the work of cross-functional teams, both internal and external to the company.
Main activities:
Propose updates regarding the tools used for development, collaborating and coordinating with internal and/or external teams to ensure continuous alignment in the use and implementation of systems; Supervise the product roadmap, collaborating positively with various company functions, including Delivery Manager and Product Owner, to effectively plan its lifecycle (activities and milestones); Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team for the implementation of architectural design and the correct application of defined guidelines; Plan and supervise the activities of external suppliers; Periodically update management, preparing project status reports; Identify and address constraints and issues that may generate risks to project plans; Provide continuous mentoring and coaching to the Solutions team resources.WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
Experience of 7/10 years in managing complex projects with significant expertise in software engineering (Back-End , Front -End, Mobile is a plus). Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); Knowledge of major back – end, front-end frameworks (Spring Boot, React); Understanding of the underlying concepts of Microservices and Micro Frontends Experience in creating code executed in cloud environments using PaaS mode (Azure, AWS, GCP); Experience in modern applications with knowledge of SDLC (git, unit testing, CI/CD); Hands-on experience with Azure; Familiarity with CMS (preference for "headless"); Knowledge of Mobile Native technologies (Swift and Kotlin) and non-native (e.g., Flutter); Knowledge of mobile stores (App Store | Play Store | Huawei AppGallery); Fluent in English; Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related fieldsOTHER DETAILS
