Flex IT ne se développe pas seulement rapidement mais subit également des changements culturels, passant d’une culture de vente opportuniste à une culture centrée sur le client. Vous serez un rouage incontournable avec une totale gestion du cycle de vente.

L’Account Manager rend compte au chef d’équipe qui à son tour relève directement à notre directeur des ventes situé en Italie. Dans l’ensemble l’équipe commerciale représente 90 personnes dans 8 régions d’Europe.

Vos responsabilités principales :

En tant qu’Account Manager chez Flex IT, vous devez organiser votre temps de travail dans ce que nous appelons la Daily Mandatory Structure (structure quotidienne d’organisation) où vous passerez 25% de votre temps à rechercher et générer de nouveaux prospects et clients ; 25% de votre temps sera consacré au développement de la clientèle existante et récemment acquise ; tandis que les 50% restants seront aux suivis d’après ventes et procédures.

Cette structure quotidienne jouera un rôle fondamental dans votre développement en tant qu’individu commercial mais également dans le développement de la croissance future et permettra par-dessus tout, l’atteinte vos KPI’s.

  • Dans cette fonction vous ne recevrez aucun prospect client mais vous devrez au contraire rechercher et générer vos propres prospects et essentiellement créer votre propre base de clients à partir de zéro.
  • Vous chasserez de manière proactive en utilisant des canaux connus et créatifs pour capturer le bassin de clients pertinents.
  • Vous travaillerez sans relâche pour convertir prospects durement gagnés en clients acheteurs réels.
  • Vous vous engagez à acquérir des connaissances et un intérêt pour le périmètre de clients que nous couvrons et dans lequel nous opérons et souhaitons nous développer.
  • Vous travaillerez au sein d’une industrie de niche de revendeurs informatiques, ce qui motive votre curiosité continue.

Le profil que nous recherchons :

  • Vous avez une expérience préalable dans une fonction de (télé)ventes
  • Vous êtes courageux avez confiance dans vos capacités de négociations
  • Vous êtes de nature commerciale et avez la capacité innée de reconnaitre une opportunité et de la saisir
  • Vous avez une forte organisation vous permettant de tirer le meilleur de votre journée
  • Vous parlez Français et Anglais et avez la capacité d’engager naturellement de nouveaux prospects et de générer de l’intérêt pour notre entreprise et nos produits.
  • Vous êtes capable de vous présenter et de présenter Flex IT de manière positive aux parties prenantes internes et externes
  • Vous avez la capacité d’identifier les évolutions du marché, des besoins produits ou du client et de déployer des solutions adéquates.
  • Vous êtes capable de donner et de recevoir des commentaires constructifs au sein de votre équipe
