Scopo

La persona svolgerà un ruolo attivo nel supportare i colleghi del team IP nelle attività organizzative e amministrative

 

Responsabilità principali

La persona supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività:

  • Pianificazione dei viaggi (tramite BizTravel) e gestione dei rimborsi spese (tramite Concur); Gestione delle procedure di acquisto interne (RdA/CM) e controllo del budget (tramite SAP); Supporto per la registrazione a corsi e/o conferenze; 
  • Redazione e revisione di contratti di segretezza e consulenza (attraverso Dikesi: caricamento, gestione e legalizzazione dei contratti); 
  • Supporto nella gestione della comunicazione con i partner esterni di Chiesi; 
  • Organizzazione/gestione di agende e riunioni (inclusa l’organizzazione di buffet, pranzi, cene e supporto logistico per ospiti esterni); 
  • Servizi di gestione per le nuove assunzioni; 
  • Organizzazione e Gestione Agenda Manager di Riferimento; 
  • Contatto e gestione dei fornitori.
Esperienza richiesta

Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nel ruolo o simile, acquisito in azienda o in studio

Titolo di studio

Diploma. Il titolo di laurea sarà considerato un plus

Lingue

Inglese fluente 

Competenze Tecniche
  • Conoscenza delle piattaforme operative (ad es. SAP, Self Service, Concur, BizTravel, Dikesi)
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (ad es. Excel, Word, Power Point)
