Customer quotation, cost collection and support for margin calculation Customer orders processing, preparation and delivery of order’s confirmation Delivery dates monitoring, management criticalities Release for customer material shipment Payments monitoring, overdue claim Non conformity filing and management Internal reporting and external on customer’s portals New customer and new item card creation

Your profile Backoffice OE Sales (m/f/d)

2+ years of proven experience in back-office activities  Fluent English language written and spoken; German language is considered a plus Database management Diploma or Bachelor degree in economics or communication SAP or similar knowledge MS Office complete package Attitude to interpersonal relationship and team work
