As Repair & Maintenance Attendant you will ensure that the engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance, are working properly and accordingly to the hotels operating standards.
Your responsibilities include: Promptly addressing inquiries across departments. Executing maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, A/C) while prioritizing safety through proper PPE usage. Collaborating with Housekeeping to efficiently prioritize maintenance assignments. Implementing planned preventive maintenance programs, aligning with property needs. Maintaining strong relationships with external contractors. Adhering to Safety regulations, especially in storing hazardous substances. Exceed expectations revealing: A rich history in hotel operations, showcasing your in-depth industry knowledge. Proficient electrician skills and technical qualifications. Plumbing expertise and qualifications will be considered a plus. A flexible commitment to work in different shifts: weekends, holidays, and rotational night schedules. A proven knack for proactive problem-solving and the finesse to handle complaints flawlessly. A profound dedication to delivering top-tier customer service.
