L’area di Learning Leadership & Talent supporta le aziende nello sviluppo e nell’implementazione di strategie Human Capital, che facilitino il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali attraverso la crescita e la valorizzazione delle risorse umane. Gli esperti di LL&T aiutano, attraverso metodologie e tools leading edge, HR e funzioni di business a definire esigenze, identificare criticità e costruire soluzioni customizzate ed innovative incentrate su qualità, competenza ed esperienza internazionale.
Your Role
La risorsa Junior sarà inserita in un team di lavoro, affiancando colleghi senior e occupandosi di:
Raccogliere ed analizzare i dati a supporto dell’elaborazione di soluzioni per i clienti; Comunicare in modo chiaro e strutturato idee e proposte; Essere costantemente focalizzato sul risultato, sulla responsabilità individuale e sulla qualità del lavoro; Possedere un forte orientamento al team working, alla collaborazione e al supporto dei colleghi, mantenendo sempre un approccio positivo alle situazioni.Winning Requirements
Laurea magistrale (conseguita o in fase di conseguimento) in materie Economiche, Umanistiche o Ingegneria Gestionale. A completamento del percorso formativo è considerato un plus aver conseguitoun Master in ambito Risorse Umane; Forte interesse per le tematiche relative l’ambito Human Resource Transformation; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Disponibilità alle trasferte, in Italia e all’estero.Make An Impact That Matters
