Il ruolo sarà quello di HR Business Partner - Intern sul sito di Bergamo.
E’ richiesta la presenza in ufficio 4 giorni alla settimana.
Attività:
- Fornire supporto per l'implementazione dell’HR Roadmap relativamente a tematiche quali Engagement, Internal Communication, Talent Development e Wellbeing.
- Supportare la funzione HR in progetti interni sulla Diversity&Inclusion e sulla Cultural transformation, gestendo la comunicazione interna.
- Fornire supporto nell’aggiornamento e l'analisi delle metriche HR e altri compiti amministrativi.
- Supportare i nuovi dipendenti durante la fase di Onboarding.
- Supportare gli HR Business Partner nell’assistenza ai manager e ai dipendenti a livello locale.
