All’interno dell’area Programmi IT/Europa di ACRA, e nell’ambito del progetto “Global Districts: Localised and Informal Critical Global Citizenship Education for Wider Inclusion and Engagement of European Youth in Local and Global Challenges” (UE-DEAR), del progetto “Empower - European key Multipliers PromOte aWarenEss against Racism and xenophobia” (UE-CERV) e del progetto “Climate Change? We act the change” (IBISG) il/la MEAL Expert sarà responsabile dell’impostazione e gestione dei sistemi di monitoraggio di progetti complessi in ambito di Educazione alla Cittadinanza Globale a livello nazionale ed europeo.

In particolare:

predisposizione sistema di monitoraggio raggiungimento outcome, output, attività, con definizione procedure e strumenti raccolta dati;analisi dati e documenti di monitoraggio raccolti da staff ACRA e partner;contribuisce alla preparazione report tecnici per donatori nazionali e europei;eroga moduli formativi su sistema e strumenti di M&E a staff di progetto e partner, in presenza e online;supporto al/alla PM nella gestione di valutazioni esterne (stesura Termini di Riferimento, selezione consulente, revisione report, ecc);supporto alla nuova progettazione in ambito ECG e nei Programmi Italia Europa in generale nella definizione indicatori e sistemi di monitoraggio, inclusa stesura di parti di application form e relativo budget;supporto ai/alle PM e Desk Programmi Italia Europa nell’organizzazione di valutazioni interne;
contribuisce al miglioramento degli indicatori generali di ACRA e dei Programmi Italia Europa. Competenze richieste - Compétence requises - Qualifications, experience and skills: Laurea in Scienze Politiche, Sociali, Statistiche o in ambito affine;Almeno 3 anni di esperienza come M&E Expert in progetti finanziati da donatori istituzionali;Esperienza in monitoraggio progetti europei multi-country;Esperienza recente in monitoraggio progetti ECG, preferibilmente del programma DEAR e CERV, in contesti educativi sia formali che non formali, comprensivi di componenti educative, di campaigning e di advocacy;Esperienza in attività di M&E nelle varie fasi del ciclo di progetto (definizione M&E plan, indicatori quadro logico, baseline, needs assessment, gestione valutazioni, ecc);Conoscenza Project Cycle Management, Logical Framework Approach, Theory of Change;Padronanza strumenti e software di analisi dati e visualizzazione;Esperienza con metodologie di monitoraggio sia qualitative che quantitative;Familiarità con strumenti e metodologie di monitoraggio del livello di engagement del target;Conoscenza di questioni di privacy e confidenzialità relative a M&E;Inglese fluente sia scritto che orale;Eccellenti capacità analitica e di risoluzione dei problemi;Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e con scadenze ravvicinate;Autonomia, capacità di prendere l’iniziativa e lavorare in modo indipendente;Attenzione ai dettagli, capacità di seguire procedure e scadenze e di inserirsi in un flusso di lavoro. Requisiti preferenziali - Prérequis préférentiels - Desirable: Master o corsi di specializzazione in M&E;Conoscenza ulteriori lingue (Francese, Spagnolo);Disponibilità a svolgere missioni brevi in Italia/Europa.

La figura lavora in stretta connessione con Area Programmi Italia Europa. Si richiede passaggio mensile dalla sede per coordinamento e disponibilità a brevi trasferte in Italia e in Europa.
