For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB) we are seeking a committed and proactive:

Knowledge Trasfer Manager

In collaboration with the Contracting Managment the candidates will assume prime responsibility for the execution of the Knowledge Management (KM) process within Contracting.

the main task will be specially:

The management of the knowledge management portfolio where the portfolio is defined as the sum of categories, associated documents roles and teams The proposal of modifications to the knowledge management process The estimation of maintenance efforts for knowledge maintenance per business year The proposal of additions to the knowledge portfolio and associated effort versus benefit Proposal of deletions from portfolio Definition and Provision of the framework for content and content management, e.g. the KM tools and KM object templates to be used, the procedures describing methods for proper integration e.g. linking and tagging of content Overseeing the overall process with respect to quality, especially defining the ownership and release process per KM object and KM tool used Ensuring KM object embedding and linking, and retention of search functionalities as defined in chapter 6 Reporting on issues and utilization of knowledge management, success stories, lessons learnt and other KPI's as defined for KM Definition of training courses on PEO KM in general as part of BC Training & Development (BC Education Campus) Defining pre-conditions for knowledge application in collaboration with Lead Engineers and competence center mentors Training on KM process itself for users and authors

The KM process is continuously adapted by the LE KM in collaboration with other Lead Engineers and Competence Center mentors in accordance with their fields of responsibility and expertise, and with the KM users – the target group – in accordance with their needs.

Candidate Profile:

BEng / BTech (Process or Mechanical) with 3+ years of experience as Mechanical or Process Engineer as a minimum Knowledge of rotating equipment and related applications would be beneficial Experience in Knowledge Management or related processes in an engineering environment at a globally diversified organization Basic Project Engineering knowledge Knowledge of related Document Management Systems and processes (SAP, SharePoint, Teams), will be an added advantage Fluent in English on a good technical level for communicating in writing and verbally, studying literature and specifications within scope of work
