Responsibilities

Stiamo cercando un esperto CTI, con competenze specifiche su Genesys Engage, che voglia unirsi al nostro team Customer Experience per contribuire in modo significativo al successo dei nostri progetti.

La persona che stiamo cercando si occuperà di:

·Progettare, sviluppare e implementare soluzioni su Genesys Engage.

·Disegnare e sviluppare flussi di accoglienza e logiche di instradamento per interazioni multicanale (voce, messaging, video, etc.).

·Progettare e implementare dashboard real-time e report storici.

·Implementare integrazioni con sistemi di terze parti (CRM, TTS, voice/chat bot, etc.).

·Partecipare ai processi di manutenzione evolutiva e correttiva.

. Requeriments:

Required Skills

·Esperienza comprovata nella progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni di contact center su tecnologia Genesys Engage 8.x (e superiore).

·Significativa esperienza nello sviluppo di strategie di routing multicanale, report storici e real-time mediante tool Genesys Engage.

·Buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Unix e Windows.

·Buona conoscenza dei principali database relazionali in linguaggio SQL.

Requisiti preferenziali

·Laurea triennale o magistrale in disciplina STEM;

·Gradita una buona conoscenza della tecnologia Genesys Cloud;

·Gradita conoscenza delle principali infrastrutture cloud (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure);

·Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;

Capacità di analisi, orientamento al risultato, predisposizione al lavoro in team e comunicazione efficace sono ciò che ti chiediamo per entrare a far parte della nostra Azienda.
