Da Luxe Talent, società di consulenza internazionale di reclutamento e formazione specializzata in Moda, Lusso, Retail e FMCG, stiamo cercando un PR Manager da inserire nel team di un solido marchio in forte espansione, specializzato nella creazione di profumi di nicchia.

Nella nostra agenzia di consulenza per il reclutamento e formazione lavoriamo con diverse aziende dei settori Luxury, Premium e High Premium in tutta Europa e abbiamo uffici a Barcellona, Madrid, Parigi, Milano e Monaco.

Responsabilità del ruolo di PR Manager:

  • Sviluppare e implementare strategie globali di PR e creative che generino consapevolezza nei consumatori, desiderabilità del marchio, traffico e acquisti online
  • Progettare, gestire e implementare attività di PR online e offline in linea con il posizionamento del marchio, utilizzando strumenti e mezzi di comunicazione che rafforzino il marchio, tra cui, ma non solo, articoli, posizionamenti di prodotti ed eventi promozionali, nonché creare e implementare campagne che favoriscano il traffico, tra cui la copertura di blog e l'esposizione sui social media
  • Comunicazione quotidiana con i principali membri dei media e lavoro sullo sviluppo e l'implementazione di tutti gli eventi di PR globali
  • Produzione e distribuzione di materiale stampa e comunicati stampa a livello globale
  • Gestire i budget e implementare schemi di misurazione che riportino la spesa per le PR rispetto al traffico e alle prestazioni di copertura e che includano un'analisi post-campagna per misurare il ROI

Requisiti del ruolo di PR Manager:

  • Un minimo di 4-5 anni di esperienza in una funzione di PR di lusso, idealmente nello spazio digitale della moda
  • Un pensatore creativo con una buona esperienza di lavoro su campagne mediatiche di successo
  • Una forte rete di contatti nel settore della moda e dei media digitali
  • Buone capacità relazionali, spirito proattivo e tenace - forte auto-motivazione
  • Desiderio di lavorare in un ambiente di start-up dinamico, frenetico e orientato ai risultati
