Electronics Manufacturing Engineer - Categoria Protetta L.68/99 – Gorgonzola
La risorsa supporterà la risoluzione dei problemi e l'analisi dei guasti delle schede elettroniche nelle applicazioni RF al fine di creare un database di problemi, cause profonde e soluzioni, comprese quelle relative ai miglioramenti del processo di progettazione o produzione.
La risorsa sarà inoltre responsabile del monitoraggio dei costi di riparazione, dell'analisi dei possibili investimenti per migliorare la resa, dell'impostazione e del mantenimento di report e KPI per consentire decisioni di gestione informate.
Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Analizzare le schede elettroniche difettose nelle applicazioni RF per identificare le cause dei guasti.
- Documentare i risultati dell'analisi in un database, inclusa la descrizione del problema, la causa principale e la soluzione adottata.
- Proporre miglioramenti al processo di progettazione o produzione per ridurre i guasti futuri. Tenere traccia dei costi di riparazione e analizza i possibili investimenti per migliorare la resa
- Impostare e gestire report e KPI per monitorare l'avanzamento del processo di risoluzione dei problemi e di analisi dei guasti.
- Presentare i risultati dell'analisi al management per supportare decisioni informate.
- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica o settore affine.
- 2 anni di esperienza nella risoluzione dei problemi e nell'analisi dei guasti delle schede elettroniche.
- Esperienza con applicazioni RF e relative apparecchiature di misurazione.
- Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e come parte di una squadra.
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Inquadramento economico commisurato all’esperienza.
- Sede di lavoro: Gorgonzola.
