Job description

Lo/La studente verrà inserito nel gruppo “Process Integration” all’interno della ricerca e sviluppo delle tecnologie BCD avanzate.

In particolare, si occuperà di un singolo modulo di processo nel Front End Of Line (FEOL) e studierà la dipendenza della prestazione dei dispositivi dalle dimensioni delle strutture di interesse.

Profile

Corso di laurea in ambito scientifico, con interesse per analisi statistiche.

Gradita conoscenza di base di tecnologia dei semiconduttori ed esperienza nell’utilizzare software di elaborazione dati a livello statistico.

 Disponibilità a frequentare la sede aziendale per la durata dell'attivita' secondo necessita'.
