ATTIVITA’

  • Creazione e gestione continua della strategia gaming.
  • Monitorare le tendenze del settore e sviluppare strategie innovative per migliorare l'esperienza del giocatore e aumentare i profitti.
  • Analizzare i dati e preparare report regolari sulle prestazioni della piattaforma, facendo raccomandazioni per miglioramenti futuri.
  • Valutare l'efficacia delle iniziative di marketing e adattare le strategie secondo necessità per massimizzare il ROI.
  • Monitorare le metriche delle prestazioni del prodotto e gli indicatori chiave di performance per guidare il miglioramento continuo.
  • Migliorare i processi sulla base di feedback e insight basati sui dati.
  • Lavorare a stretto contatto con gli altri stakeholder per migliore l’esperienza degli utenti, per la promozione dei giochi e per le offerte agli utenti finali.
  • Individuare e suggerire nuove soluzioni in seguito a specifiche analisi sull’andamento dei prodotti e sulle loro performances.
  • Identificare le principali opportunità di miglioramento utilizzando analisi interne, ricerche di mercato e conoscenze del settore.
  • Contribuire alla pianificazione delle campagne promozionali in collaborazione con le parti interessate.
  • Svolgere continue analisi dei concorrenti sulle loro maggiori attività e riportare i risultati.
  • Supervisionare tutte le attività a livello Region per coordinare le varie funzioni locali

     

    CARATTERISTICHE

  • Diplomato o laureato
  • Precedente esperienza maturata in posizioni analoghe
  • Ottima conoscenza di prodotti Gaming (casino, slot, poker, bingo, etc)
  • Forti capacità motivazionali e creatività
  • Ottime doti di analisi e capacità organizzative
  • Capacità di muoversi in autonomia, flessibile, dinamico e con spiccate doti di iniziativa 
  • Eccellenti capacità interpersonali e capacità di interagire bene a tutti i livelli aziendali
  • Ottime capacità di utilizzo del computer, pacchetto Office ed uso di Internet
  • Abilità a trattare con confidenzialità tutte le informazioni con le quali si entra in contatto
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Plus conoscenza del francese o altra lingua
  • La posizione è full time
